I value your viewpoint and have learned success is more than chasing the highest offer. As a Relator®, I can offer insights and encourage you to consult with professionals (think CPA, tenant lawyer, estate planner, etc.) for specific advice, as needed, to optimize your bottom line.
I'll introduce you to relevant professionals and oversee all pre-market efforts, including photography, floor plans, inspections, and pre-launch marketing collateral. When the property is ready to launch, we'll revisit the market trends, finalize the list price, and confirm the schedule.

It's showtime! When we work together, your listing is first listed in “Private Exclusives'' giving it exposure strictly to Compass agents with clients prepared to write offers. Next, it will be listed as “Coming Soon”-an MLS status visible to other agents. Then, “Active” is released to third-party websites.
As I show your property, I'll be listening for buyer comments; or issues that might prevent buyers from falling in love. We’ll stay in touch and, if needed, make adjustments to overcome these subtle issues that may arise.

I'll host open houses, execute the market plan, and keep you informed with regular updates. My style is to set an offer date within the first 10-14 days, a period where a property receives the highest number of visitors. By closely monitoring the level of buyer engagement and direct interactions with agents, I can determine an ideal date to schedule an offer.

Offer dates energize and add momentum to the process of selling a house. My job is to review each offer and the terms and verify contingencies or questions I might have prior to presenting all offers to you. We'll discuss trade-offs, options, and how to negotiate to ratify the offer that nets the highest return on your investment.

In escrow, I work with the buyer's agent and a team of professionals to handle all the details. I'll be there every step of the way to make sure your sale is on track for a smooth close and the successful transfer of your proceeds.
